Designed in 2001, the Automatic Teller Machine is a prototype design which has received final approval by the City of Charleston to be constructed in the Old and Historic District. The structure is intended to be assembled as a kit of parts and to a certain extend dis-assembled and relocated. It could be placed in a space the size of a typical parking space. The project was an exercise in the elevation of design of commonplace and everyday objects which exist in the city landscape.
