The renovation of this 4,800 square foot building into a coffee house, bar and restaurant was completed in 1995. The construction included the addition of a spacious veranda on the street side, linking the restaurant patrons to the vibrant East Bay Street, while the rear allowed space for a more secluded garden courtyard. This project is located at 235 East Bay Street within Charleston, South Carolina’s Old and Historic District.
